BÖLKOW 105 - night pyroshow
The amazing and breathtaking show of the night performance of the Bölkow BO 105 helicopter. The pilots will perform several short figures during which they will fire flares directly from the helicopter's mounted containers. All of this together will give the impression of a mythical phoenix bird of fire, which will be flying over the Hradec Králové airport at that moment. There will also be pyro effects from the ground.
ABOUT HELICOPTER
The Bo-105 helicopter is a German light twin-engine helicopter with a four-bladed main rotor and a two-bladed tail rotor. Many innovative solutions were used in the design of this helicopter. The most important of these was the development of a new rigid main rotor head design that allows unprecedented maneuverability. The technical solutions implemented in the design of the Bölkow were far ahead of their time. A total of 1,406 units were manufactured and delivered to various operators in 55 countries.
The design of the machine allows the helicopter to be adapted to various tasks such as: rescue missions, patient transport, various types of patrol missions carried out by law enforcement aviation, flight training, reconnaissance flights, transport and communication tasks and military applications.
